fa-la-la-la-la, la-la, la-la!
okay, so I'm a christmas music nut!
i love every note of every song. except for wonderful christmastime by paul mccartney. i loathe that song.
but, let's get back to all the other songs! there's hundreds of them. thousands. maybe even millions! and we each have our favorites.
i am oh-so-partial to liturgical music. of special note are the full choral pieces, and anything with bells. it still makes me weepy when i sit in st. clare's on christmas eve and hear the "pre-mass" music provided by lloyd, the organist. he has some pre-recorded bells and chimes that bring me back to our wedding day music. same pre-mass music he used that day. simply beautiful!
since i am a self-professed christmas music nut, i believe it is only decent of me to provide you with the perfect playlist of suggested holiday cds. any and all of these are vital components to having a complete and wonderful medley of holiday music in your home. and remember, it's never too early to start listening to holiday music! july works for me!
